Over-exceeding sandwich expectations. Spicy Genoa, prosciutto, and smoked ham, 8 year old white cheddar, micro greens, sautéed onions and mushrooms, pickled eggplants with a swipe of Dijon. All gently tucked in between a fresh cheddar and jalapeño Art-is-in loaf. Partnered nicely with a tall can of Red Stripe lager.
